My name is Michael Fitch and I am the owner of Encompass Design Build. We are a design/build firm that offers some architectural plan design and full construction services for anything from custom homes and remodels to light commercial construction.

I got my start at the University of Oklahoma where I received my Bachelors of Architecture while interning at an Architecture/Engineering firm in Oklahoma City in the Architectural Department. After I graduated, I went to work there for another year (3 years total) before I left to attend Oklahoma City University, where I received my Masters in Business Administration. While finishing school I began work for large Commercial Construction company as a Project Manager overseeing various multi-million-dollar construction projects for Chesapeake Energy Corporation and American Energy Partners. After two years there I wanted to get back to using my design background and took a job with a custom home builder where I designed and built custom homes for almost three years. While there I had the opportunity to build and/or design homes ranging in size from 5000 square feet all the way to 16,000 square feet, and costing anywhere from just under $1 million dollars all the way to over $4 million dollars.

I believe that this vast array of experiences from both architectural work to multi-million-dollar construction in both commercial and residential settings has given me a very well rounded knowledge allows me to serve clients in all aspects of the construction industry.
